Gentle Strength: What the Black Bear Spirit Taught Me

I joined my first ever women’s circle — and wow, what a beautiful, profound experience.
I sat in circle with beautiful, gorgeous women under the full moon. We came together to reflect, release, and reconnect. And in the middle of that sacred space, the Black Bear spirit showed up for me.
The card said:
“Gentle and wise protector, give me your confidence and power. Help me protect the ones I love. Awaken my intuition and guide me.”
That message landed so deeply.
It felt like a gentle nudge from the universe—reminding me to trust myself, protect my energy, and listen to my intuition more fully.
This full moon invited me to surrender.
To let go of what I’ve been holding too tightly.
To stop trying to control or resist what is already shifting, and instead allow space—for healing, for softness, for balance.
The Black Bear reminded me that gentle strength is still strength, that letting go can be powerful, and that wisdom often comes in the quietest moments.
It’s a shift I didn’t expect, but one I fully welcome.
I release. I trust. I remember.
And I walk forward feeling more grounded and connected to myself.
“I surrender what no longer serves me. I trust the wisdom within. I walk gently, with strength, into my becoming.”
Big thank you to @breathflowmakati for holding such a safe and beautiful space. So grateful to have shared it with such inspiring women.
With warmth,
Rem💜✨
